Are you purchasing or selling a home covered by an Advanced House Leveling & Foundation Repair issued warranty? Please note to keep the warranty in force, it must be transferred within 30 days of the purchase of the home.

If a warranty is not properly transferred, it expires and is not transferable. The current warranty transfer fee must be paid when the warranty transfer form is submitted. Call Advanced House Leveling & Foundation Repair to find out the amount of your warranty transfer fee.

To successfully transfer a warranty:

• Download the transfer form
• Submit the transfer form to Advanced House Leveling & Foundation Repair
• Pay the current transfer fee to Advanced House Leveling & Foundation Repair
